Our daughter, Karen, died this past March at the age of 34. She and her family had no health insurance. Although she died of prescription drug toxicity, she had significant heart disease (unknown to her) that worked in concert with the drug toxicity to end her life. I'm sure that if she had medical insurance she would have had the routine medical exams that she needed to discover the heart disease and she would be alive today.
